The video presents a rarely performed procedure of a recreation of clitoral glans which was fully in adhesion under the skin , in the course of the Lichen sclerosis of the vulva which was steroid resistant.

The surgery is performed in steps such as planning, drawing, cutting, r suturing, focusing on the most important surgical elements that ensure safety, smooth operation, and an aesthetic effect.
